77/365 #makewells365part2 Ahh, bold, funky florals...my happy place :) What's your favorite subject matter to paint?
76/365 #makewells365part2 Swipe left to see a really unglamorous, upside down video (because my hubs/video Dude @brentjet is busy working on something else - so I did it myself and can't figure out how to flip it on my phone😂) of me painting the background. I started out with the great intention of creating a cute little watercolor pattern, but very soon into it I thought, "eh, this is SO not me" and I covered it all up and happily made it my background layer :)
75/365 #makewells365part2 Today was a good Monday - things were accomplished! Yay! 👊🏼I'm head deep in teacher Meg mode over here, creating and filming classes...which takes a ton of "left brain" thinking -which wears me out. 😂 So these little times to work freely in my sketchbook are a much appreciated way to switch back to my crazy right brain and "unwind". Today, unwinding turned into this purple haired girl with flowers on her head. ☺️
